Sheet metal fabrication is a method where sheet metal parts and assemblies are formed by bending, forming, cutting, punching, or stamping a metal sheet, which is a subtractive manufacturing process that forms parts from thin metal sheets. Engineers often choose sheet metal parts for their high precision and durability, especially for end-use applications like chassis, enclosures, and brackets.

We work with a range of sheet metal materials, including aluminum, copper, steel, and stainless steel, as well as assembly services like installing PEM inserts, welding, and finishing services. With a network of domestic and overseas fabricators, Jinyuan can supply any quantity of parts from low-volume, high-mix prototypes to high-volume production runs.
Laser cutting

Laser cutting is a highly effective process for cutting plate or sheet metal and an excellent solution for customers working with complex profiles requiring tight tolerances, precision and high-speed cutting. Our laser cutting services give our customers the advantages of extreme accuracy, material maximization, the elimination of hard tooling, and the ability to accommodate creative geometry design and thicker materials. Jinyuan offers high precision profiles across various materials including steel, stainless steel and aluminum for all industries and applications.

  1. Cutting area: Up to 4000 x 6000 mm
  2. Material thickness: Up to 50 mm
  3. Laser sources: Up to 6 kW
  4. Repeatability: Ps: +/- 0.05 mm
  5. Position accuracy: Pa: +/- 0.1 mm
Plasma cutting

Plasma cutting is one of the most common technologies for metal cutting and is widely used in custom sheet metal services. It is ideal for cutting thick parts where lasers cannot perform or are not economically feasible.

  1. Cutting area: Up to 4000 x 6000 mm
  2. Material thickness: Up to 50 mm
Waterjet cutting

Waterjet cutting is quite a different sheet metal service for its non-thermal feature. It is a method of engineering for cutting objects using energy from high speed, high density, ultra-high pressure water and is especially useful for cutting very thick metals, including steel.

  1. Maximum cutting area: Up to 3000 x 6000 mm
  2. Material thickness: Up to 300 mm
Bending

Bending is a common sheet metal forming method used to shape steel, stainless steel, aluminum parts and custom sheet metal prototypes after cutting process.

  1. Metal folding capacity: Up to 200 tons
  2. Maximum bending length: Up to 4000 mm
  3. Maximum thickness: Up to 20 mm
Welding

Welding requires a high level of skill and experience. Our certified welders are experienced craftsmen capable of welding the most complex assemblies out of various material types and thicknesses. We work closely with customers to understand their exact needs and are able to cost-effectively engineer weld fixtures to achieve precise alignment and maintain tight tolerances. With our vast knowledge and unrivaled level of detailed craftsmanship of welding and fabrication, we can ensure we can consistently deliver the highest quality weldments and assemblies cost-effectively and on time to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
