We manage many external processes such as heat treatment, anodizing, coating, welding and standard parts procurement. So We can provide quick turnaround prototype parts in a matter of days, taking your prototyping needs from concept to fruition in a wide range of materials.

We combine our extensive advanced manufacturing expertise with our proven design for manufacturing process to cost effectively deliver prototypes with complex features including challenging surface finishes and tight dimensional tolerances, often much less than 0.001 inch (0.002mm).

Our climate controlled manufacturing facility includes a full suite of coordinate measurement machines and other advanced inspection equipment making complex part inspection possible in a quick turn setting.

First Article Inspection (FAI) is an opportunity to evaluate the manufacturability of a part, ensure completeness of the design documentation, identify design errors, recommend design changes to improve manufacturability, and establish the manufacturing process and supply chain for the part.
